You’re right, the home page does indeed state for the “Advanced Marketer.” On the other hand that statement is aimed at marketers that want to use the platform to sell their own products.

In the menu at the top of the page there’s a button that says “Affiliates”. If you click on that button you’ll be re-directed to the affiliate signup page.
